The mother of all updates: 4.0

Ladies and gentlemen, the mother of all updates!

Note: as you can see, this update is massive. I spent a long time testing it, but I may not have caught some corner cases. If you find a problem, please let me know as soon as you can.

Beta testing for web access: if you are interested in beta testing new bleeding edge features for Web Access, please use the Contact page and let me know. At the moment, the biggest feature is being able to edit your items online.

* Fixed potential issues with purchasing
* New theme and UI redesign. Select from one of two color themes from the system preferences.
* A brand new web interface with one way syncing. This is continually being improved (without the need to update the app), so it's no way near what the app is (yet). Please visit the site to see what it's all about. To use it, you will need to purchase Web Access and Reminders as an in app purchase. If you already purchased Reminders in the past, great, you already have it! The price is unchanged, so you are basically getting Web Access for free in addition to Reminders. For now, you can import/export, sync, and view your Forecast.
* Scrolling is now much more smooth
* Spruced up the search interface
* You can now search for a name or note without typing 'n ='. Finally, right?!
* A new feature where you can set a passcode for when the app opens
* A brand new interface for creating exceptions. You still tap the row, but a new view will pop up. Note: you now delete an item from this new view, and not by swiping the table row
* Which brings me to another new feature. You can now mark forcasted items as Paid ahead of time. This will delete it from the forecast list and also update your Balance. To do so, swipe on the row and you will see the confirmation.
* Significant calculation speed improvements for updating the balance and creating exceptions. More to come.
* Import and Export as part of Web Access. There is now a More tab where you can, among other things, import and export your current items. Currently, this is just for safekeeping, but later on, you'll be able to do more useful things on the web interface.
* Based on user feedback, the items in the Money view are now sorted by date. I also made it so that the start date for each item updates accordingly when the program loads
* Fixed an issue where under certain circumstances, push data would not be uploaded
* In store purchasing has been moved to the More tab
* Added a basic Help page, which is in the More tab
